Del Persio does not know what loopholes. How about the foreign tax loophole. How about the capital gains loophole. It is OK for someone who earns less than 90K per year, they can have a lower tax. But for those who earn more then they should be tax at the same rate as earning. Unearned income should not have a different tax rate. Everything is income but the rate that someone who makes 25K per year seems to be higher. They should study the matter and not charge the lower incomes higher. Who came with the idea of a minimum wage being so low? That is distributing the wealth by keeping the minimum wage so low people cannot live on it.
And the POTUS cannot ask the bottom 80% to risk their lives in war while he is kept from asking the top 20% to risk capital to create jobs and give up their loopholes.
Spending is there because of the lack of jobs. Americans prefer to work rather than to take a hand out.
